Check In/Check Out Software from RedBeam RedBeam Check In/Check Out allows you to effectively track file folders, tools, equipment, product samples and rental items - any items that have revolving ownership or possession. All of RedBeam’s tracking software comes in two versions, standard and mobile. The standard editions of the software allow for data collection using cabled barcode scanners attached to PC workstations. The mobile editions allow for data collection using cabled barcode scanners attached to PC workstations as well as the ability to collect data on scanner-enabled mobile computers.

Scan = Scan or enter the ID of the person checking out an item. Then scan or enter each of their items.
Track - Run reports that show which items are checked out and to whom. Get visibility of overdue items, item usage by person or department, rental and overdue fee value and transaction histories.
