Formula leads the small form factor mobile computing industry with an ergonomic shape and rugged environmental specification. Designed primarily for retail applications, the Formula can be leveraged in any business to capture and communicate basic inventory or asset information. A laser barcode scanner makes the Formula™ a fast and reliable data capture device. Supplied as a solution out-of-the-box, the Formula™ comes together with basic software applications (Code Quantity, Inventory, Picking) and software tools to write applications, manage data and tables.

• Easily configured prompts customize data collection to the enterprise needs within minutes while user variable fonts allow on the fly changes from a large font for ease of reading to a normal font for reviewing long lists.
• ASSET tracks items (such as furniture, phones, computers, and electronic equipment) at various locations (e.g., departments, rooms, floors, buildings).
• INV collects an inventory with a choice between one prompt or two. For example, use one prompt to scan or enter an ID number or description for each item. Two prompts would be used to scan or enter an item ID and the quantity of that item.
